FIVE OPERATORS OF ILLEGAL STREAMING NETWORK JAILED FOR MORE THAN 30 YEARS

Five people involved in three illegal streaming networks, namely Flawless, Shared VPS, and Optimal, have been sentenced to a combined 30 years and seven months in prison in the largest-ever prosecution of such a case.

These operations, which illegally streamed Premier League matches, earned over £7 million in five years, involving more than 50,000 customers and resellers, and 30 employees. All but one defendant pleaded guilty to all charges. Additional serious criminal activities were discovered during the investigation, leading to a separate ongoing criminal investigation, with the Premier League assisting.
